AIR FILTRATION
Bio Polarization System:
Ionization uses both negative and positive ions to sweep the air of impurities. Some particles will plate out on surfaces while others will be broken down into the elemental components.
Application:
Home, offices, hopitals, waste water treatments plants.
Benefits:
Cleans the air you breathe by removing ultrasmall resreatible particles and breaks down chemicals. This product is located in the air ducts and requires only annual maintence.
Company Statement:
The Plasma Air ionization equipment is typically mounted in the central air conditioning system; either in the air handling unit or in the main supply ductwork. One to two million ions per liter is formed when air passes over the equipment.
These ions travel through the duct system and out into the conditioned space attacking pollutants where they are most problematic.
The technology has been approving by the US Military and the US. Green Builders Association.
- Disinfects air by producing and distributing a controlled amount of positive and negative ions which restore oxygen molecules to an active state.
- By controlling positive ion output and using low energy (2,200 to 3,000 volts) ozone is not produced.
- Effective against bacteria, mold spores, VOCs, odors, and particles.
- Can treat the source of contamination. Technology is proactive, not reactive.
- Can be incorporated into central HVAC systems providing an entire building solution.
- 99% of all airborne particles are less than 1 micron in size. These particles cannot be removed by most system filters. Only a Plasma Air ionization system is capable of removing these particles through agglomeration.
- Will not restrict airflow and uses very little energy.
- Requires yearly maintenance to replace used tubes.
