VENTILATION

FFAVS – Filtered Fresh Air Ventilation System
The filtered fresh air ventilation system is designed for residential buildings to draw in filtered outside air and have it mix with the air inside the building to improve indoor air-quality through dilution and building pressurization. Pressurizing a building even slightly inhibits air infiltration of pollutants such as pollen, mold spores, and seasonal allergens from entering penetrations i.e., poor door and window seals, chimney, bathroom, dryer and stove exhaust ducts from entering the building.

  • HEPA: Remove ultra small particles: replacement is once per year.
  • Electrostatic reusable filter: dishwasher safe.
  • Carbon Pre-filter: Removes ozone, chemicals and VOCs from the outside air.

VENTILATION

Attic Ladder Radiant Barrier Flip Cover:
The Flip Cover is an attic ladder insulation system that reduces hot attic air and infrared heat from entering your living area.

Application:
Residentical home with attic ladders or hatch covers.

Benefits:
Improves indoor air quality and energy efficiency.

Company Statement:
The Attic Flip Cover is made of lightweight yet durable radiant barrier insulation. It is attached with Velcro Tape and easily flips open to any side or can be completely removed.

VENTILATION

Energy Recovery Ventilator:
The ERV removes stale air from in the home and replaces it with dry, filtered air. It captures some of the energy (heating of air conditioning) from the air that was being exhausted.

Application:
Residential and commercial buildings. Used in tight buildings where dilution and energy recover of exhausted polluted air is needed.

Benefits:
Improves indoor air quality through dilution and adds too energy efficiency.

Company Statement:
Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) insures that incoming fresh outdoor air is filtered, and then cooled and dehumidified by the stale outgoing air as it passes through an energy recovery core. The ERV then distributes the incoming conditioned air throughout the home by direct ductwork installed specifically for the ERV or through the ductwork of a forced-air system.

VENTILATION

Whole House Fan:
The only whole house fans with R38 insulated sealed doors. Saves energy costs and reduces your carbon footprint. Vertical (wall) or Horizontal (attic floor) application. Moves 1,150 CFM using only 78 watts.

VENTILATION

Dryer Vent Intake:
The Clothes Dryer Intake is a through-the-wall ventilator designed to provide “make-up” air for the clothes dryer or other rooms wish need a source of fresh air.  The unit can be installed in the laundry room, bedrooms, living rooms, or any other room in need of fresh air ventilation. The Dryer Vent Intake is easy to use and clean.

  • These types of ventilators are designed to work with mechanical exhaust ventilation or natural ventilation.
